Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryTHELMA ESTHER GRIEVE (nee COCHRANE) Peacefully on January 17, 2003 at the Betel Home in Selkirk, Thelma Grieve, aged 82 years of Selkirk, beloved wife of the late John Grieve. Thelma leaves surviving three daughters, Julie Foy (Jack) of Atikokan, ON, Jane McCulloch (Douglas) of Winnipeg and Marlene Simmonds (George) of Winnipeg; one son Dennis Huff (Ellen) of Australia; a brother James Cochrane of Gimli; and a sister Elsie Whitney (Alex) of Winnipeg. She will also be missed by her grandchildren, great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by brothers, Jerry and Stan; and a sister Lillian. Thelma enjoyed growing flowers, cooking, reading a good book and a great love of cats. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Quagga Stray Cat Rescue, P.O. Box 552, Winnipeg, R3C 2J3. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, January 22 at 11:00 a.m. in the Gilbart Funeral Chapel, Selkirk with interment to follow in the St. Clements Cemetery. Gilbart Funeral Home, Selkirk in care of arrangements.
