Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryESTELLE TELLIER (nee VERMETTE) Estelle Tellier (nee Vermette) passed away peacefully at her home in Thunder Bay, ON on Tuesday, December 31, 2002 at the age of 72 years. She was predeceased by her parents, Auguste and Philomene Vermette, husband Paul Tellier; and brothers, Jean, Donat and Lucien. Estelle was born on February 23, 1930 in St. Pierre, MB and had been a resident of Thunder Bay since 1965. She was active in curling and volunteered at local food banks and clothing depots. She was also an active member of St. Patricks Cathedral and A.N.A.F. Unit 257. Estelles family and home were her number one priorities. She was the loving mother of six, Allan (Moira) of Delta, BC, Gilles, Mona (Hisao) Susuki of Barcelona, Spain, Elaine, Janet (Kevin) Banning and Laura-Lynn. She is also survived by grandchildren, Renee, Kris, Michelle, Ian, Sei, Fumi and Shrae; great-grandson Jake; sisters, Augustine Abraham, Elsie (Aurele) Tellier, France (Pierre) Lemay and Irene (Jimmy) Lagimodiere; brothers, Ted (Hanna) and Antoine; special friend Ed Horychuk; and numerous nieces and nephews. A memorial service was held on Monday, January 6, 2003 in St. Patricks Cathedral, Thunder Bay. Donations in Estelles memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
