SINCLAIR LEWIS F.R.I. Peacefully passed away at Pt. Grey Private Hospital on Saturday, January 18, 2003 at the age of 92 years. Beloved husband of the late Bernice (1972), cherished father of Cynthia of Vancouver, BC, and brother of the late Jim, Anna, and Bill. Lovingly remembered by brother-in-law Mel; nieces and nephews, Lawrence, Maureen, Marci, Katy, Peg, Bob, Janet, Ron, Viola and Pete. Sinclair was born in Virden, MB, and resided with his family in Fort Garry, Winnipeg, until their relocation to Vancouver in 1967. "Pinky" was an officer in the Lake Superior Regiment, seeing active service during the Second World War. Sinclair was a respected member of the Real Estate business in Winnipeg, and as President of John A. Flanders Company, served as President of the Winnipeg Real Estate Board and supported neighbourhood community organizations. He and Bernice loved to golf and curl at the Wildwood Club. In his later years he spent time between Vancouver and Arizona. He will be fondly remembered for his love and support of his family. KEARNEY FUNERAL HOME (604) 736-0268
