WILLIAM HENRY GEARY (BILL) Suddenly, on January 19, 2003, William Henry (Bill) Geary passed away at the age of 73. He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Doreen (nee Turnbull) his daughters, Lynda (Rob), and Marcia (Thomas) of Winnipeg and son John (Lena) of Calgary, AB; grandchildren, Matthew, Eric and Nicole of Winnipeg and Margaret of Calgary; sister Verna (Rod) of Morinville, AB and brother George (Thelma) of Calgary, AB. Bill was born, raised and lived his life in St. Boniface. He was employed by C.N.R. Express and Symington Yards until retiring in 1989 after 43 of service. He was a man of little pretense and definite ideas. His devotion to family extended to his passion for genealogy in recent years, where he discovered his extended family and connected with close relatives from many countries. He will be sadly missed by his wife, children and grandchildren. Cremation has taken place and a time to visit with family and share memories will be held 2:00 - 3:00 p.m. Thursday, January 23 at Neil Bardal Inc. 989 Portage Ave., Aubrey Street entrance.
