FRANCES JEAN WHEELER (nee SZAJEWSKI) Peacefully on Tuesday, January 21, 2003 at the Beausejour Hospital, Beausejour, MB, Frances Wheeler aged 75 years, beloved wife of the late Reg Wheeler of Beausejour, MB. She leaves to cherish her memory her son Ron (Jean) and their son Jeff all of Timmins, ON. Fran was predeceased by her husband Reg in 1989 and a brother Larry Szajewski in 1994. During her working years she was employed with Reimer Insurance Agency and later worked for Middleton & Middleton Law Office in Beausejour and up until her health began to fail still worked a couple of days a week. She liked to travel and often her and her brother Larry would just take off because they could, ending up in Mexico on one occasion. Friends may pay their respects on Thursday (tonight) from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Russell Funeral Homes, Beausejour, MB. Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated on Friday, January 24 at 10:30 a.m. from the St. Marys Roman Catholic Church, Beausejour, MB with Fr. Owen Steeves officiating. Interment will be in the family plot at St. Marys Parish Cemetery. If friends so desire memorial donations in her memory may be made to the Diabetes Association (Manitoba Division) or to the Beausejour Food Bank.
