Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryGORDON (DON) JANKOWSKI It is with deep sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Don Jankowski on Sunday, January 19, 2003 at Seven Oaks General Hospital at the age of 53. Don was born in Winnipeg on August 30, 1949, the youngest of four brothers. Except for a brief time spent in Victoria, BC, he lived his whole life in Winnipeg. He was an avid fisherman, loved to golf and was a skilled dart player, having won many trophies over the years. Don always had a fascination with elephants and was a passionate collector of elephants of all shapes, sizes and colours. Don will be fondly remembered by his family; daughter Kelly Pike and two grandchildren in Vancouver, BC, brother Ron and family of Winnipeg, brother Tom of Sydney, BC, his aunts, uncles and cousins, as well as many friends. He was predeceased by his father Stanley in 1985, his brother Ed in 1992 and his mother Jean in 1996. Cremation has taken place and a graveside gathering to celebrate Dons life will take place in June 2003. A notice advising of the date and time will be forthcoming. In lieu of flowers, donations in Dons memory may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association. WOJCIKS ALL BELIEFS & FAITHS FUNERAL CHAPEL & CREMATORIUM 897 - 4665
