LEONA KUNTZ (nee KOLBUCK) Peacefully, on Monday, January 27, 2003, at her residence, Leona, beloved wife of Vincent, passed away at the age of 91 years. Besides her loving husband Vincent, of 73 years, left to cherish her memory are her children, Dorothy (Bob) Redfearn, Tannis (Raymond) Duerinckx, Gladys Reid; Dianne (Don) Campbell; her brother Mike Kolbuck; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Leona was predeceased by her son Victor; one sister; and four brothers. Leona was employed with Rae and Jerrys for 25 years, until her retirement. She was a dedicated wife, mother and grandmother, who especially enjoyed spending time with her family. Her faith in God and hope of eternal life was her constant source of strength. Funeral Service will be held on Friday, January 31 at 1:00 p.m. in the Leatherdale Gardiner Funeral Chapel, 1858 Portage Ave. with Rev. Father Kenneth Barclay officiating. Visitation will be held one half hour prior to the service. Interment will follow in Assumption Cemetery. The family wishes to thank Dr. Mike Dillon and staff at the Klinic and all the staff at the Lions Personal Care Home, for the love and compassion that was given to her.
