JESSIE MARGARET (DOLLY) McKAGUE July 14, 1908 - January 25, 2003 Peacefully with her family by her side, mom passed away in the Selkirk General Hospital. She leaves to mourn her husband Stan of 61 years; son Bill (June) McKague of Inwood and daughter Edith (Maurice) Carman of Stonewall; her grandchildren, Dianna (Ted) Rothwell, Tracy (Darryl) Mann, Lori (Bill) Mott, Patti McKague, Maureen (Chris) Jackson, Gordon McKague, Warren (Alana) McKague; and nine great-grandchildren; her brother Bill Sangster; sister-in-law Mabel Sangster; and cousin Noelina Korody. She was predeceased by her brother George Sangster. Mom was born and raised in Winnipeg. Mom and dad began their married life in the Inwood district until their retirement to Stonewall where they resided in Crocus Manor for 25 years. The family wishes to thank the staff at the Red River Nursing Home for the care and compassion mom received over the past two years. Mom was a very gentle and generous person. Her family and her music were the centre of her life. We will miss her very much. At her request cremation has taken place and there will be no formal service. In lieu of flowers, donations in Jessies memory may be made to Red River Place, 133 Manchester Ave., Selkirk, MB R1A 0B5, or to a charity of ones choice.
