Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemorySYLVIA LORRAINE MICHELLE LUEDTKE (nee PAULENKO) Sylvia Lorraine Michelle Luedtke (nee Paulenko) passed away suddenly on January 28, 2003 at the Regina General Hospital, at the age of 65 years. Leaving to treasure her memory and mourn her passing her daughter Lori and fiance Darren Wirth and Furby. Also left to mourn her passing are her sisters, Lena of Roblin, MB, Vera of Winnipeg, MB, Pearl (Ed) of Winnipeg, MB, Flo (Gerald) of Toronto, ON, Mary (George) of Regina, SK, Carol (Leonard) of Los Angeles, CA, Emily (Dennis) of Langenburg, SK, Shirley (Jim) of Calgary, AB; and three brothers, Matt (deceased) of Inglis, MB, George (Nora) of Fort Frances, ON, Bill (Sherri) of Regina, SK; as well as numerous nieces and nephews, cousins, friends, and neighbours. Sylvia was born in the community of Shell Valley, MB. She received her education at the country elementary school and attended high school in Roblin, MB. She moved to Regina where she met and married Ernie Luedtke. She worked at Co-op Trust and Sherwood Credit Union. In 1977 she moved to Winnipeg where she was employed by Decibel Credit Union, returning to Regina in 1994. Sylvia started an ice cream business (Treasure & Treats), and she also worked with her daughter Lori running her uniform shop. Sylvia was a caring person - had many friends and lived her life to the fullest. MOTHER DEAR Beautiful things in this life are manifold tis true, We count the stars by thousands, The birds and flowers, too; The sunsets and dawnings, Rare beauties far and near, But all the wide world over, Theres just one "Mother Dear." I love and miss you Mom: Lori The memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 1 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Lee Funeral Home, 3101 Dewdney Ave., Regina, SK, with Rev. Ken Koep officiating. Special thanks to Dr. Kopriva, Dr. McCarville and MPICU doctors and staff, and CCAs for all their loving care. Thanks to nurses Jackie, Lynn and Linda for their special care and attention. As well, thank you to Ruth and Edwin Wirth for all their care and help during a very stressful time.
