BERTRAM (BERT) CHARLES CRUSE 1917 - 2003 Mr. Bertram (Bert) Charles Cruse, beloved husband of Margrett of Calgary, passed away suddenly at the Rockyview General Hospital on Wednesday, January 22, 2003 at the age of 85 years. Bert was a veteran of the Second World War, serving in the Royal Canadian Air Force. He was a jeweller with Dunn Jewellers in Winnipeg, MB for over 40 years. He and Margrett moved to Calgary in 1986 upon his retirement. Berts greatest love was his family, in addition to his love of golf and animals. Besides his loving wife of 61 years Margrett, Bert is survived by a son William (Bill) of Cambridge, England; two daughters, Sheila Holland of Winnipeg and Shirley Pivec of Priddis, AB; two granddaughters, Kathleen Caraher and Andrea Stefanec; and two great-grandsons. He is also survived by two brothers, Bob and Ernie; and two sisters, Alice and Sidnie. He was predeceased by a sister Dora.
