ERNEST RADCLIFFE Suddenly on January 30, 2003, Ernest Radcliffe passed away at the age of 73 years. He was predeceased by his father Robert Radcliffe; mother Florence Radcliffe (nee Naylor) brothers, Roy and Tommy Radcliffe; sister Colleen Karasiewicz; and grandson Andre Jalbert. Ernest will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 46 years, Caroline (nee Carocci) daughters, Margaret Jalbert and Catherine (Roger) McKay; grandchildren, Danielle and Ryan Jalbert, Candace and Kayla McKay; brothers and sisters, Charles, Percy, Daniel, James, Florence, Doreen and Caroline; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Ernie was a quiet man who took great pride in his family, especially his grandchildren. He served for 28 years in the military and enjoyed travelling and especially the trips he took after his retirement with Mom. When they werent travelling, they enjoyed their time spent together working on jigsaw puzzles. As well, Dad enjoyed listening to his music and watching movies from his vast collection. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Manitoba, 6 Donald St., Suite 200, Winnipeg, MB R3L 0K6, or the Manitoba Lung Association, 629 McDermot Ave., Winnipeg, MB R3A 1P6.
