LOIS ANNE EMERY December 12, 1927 - January 31, 2003 Lois passed away at Riverview Health Centre on January 31, 2003 after an extended illness. Her career path followed an active life in the social work field having attained her bachelor of social work degree and her master of social work degree from the University of Manitoba. She participated in the practising administrative and teaching areas of her profession. Her main interest was her books and she was a prolific reader in many and varied fields. Lois will be greatly missed by her family and friends. At her request cremation has taken place and no service will be held. A remembrance donation to the Winnipeg Humane Society, 5 Kent St., Winnipeg, MB R2L 1X3 would be appreciated.
