JEAN ELEANOR McALLISTER Peacefully on January 31, 2003, surrounded by her family, Jean passed away at the age of 35 years. She will be sadly missed by her parents, Ron and Violet; sister and best friend Janette, brother-in-law Wolfgang; relatives in Scotland and many friends in Winnipeg. Jean was born in Glasgow, Scotland on January 24, 1968 and came to Winnipeg in 1969 with her parents. Jean was employed by Perths Dry Cleaners for the past 16 years and had a passion for crafts and garage sales. Jean most of all will be missed by the many children she influenced and loved in her short life. A memorial service will be held in the Leatherdale Gardiner Funeral Chapel, 1858 Portage Ave., on Wednesday, February 5 at 1:00 p.m. Special thanks to the doctors and nurses on the 5th floor, Womens Hospital, Health Sciences Centre for their loving care.
