Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryJAMES MOSES McKAY "Highway Jim" April 8, 1908 - February 3, 2003 Peacefully on Monday, February 3, 2003 at 3:15 a.m. at the Ochekwi-Sipi Personal Care Home, at the age of 94 years, James McKay of Fisher River Cree Nation went home to be with the Lord. A service will be held at the Fisher River Personal Care Home on Wednesday, February 5, from 5:00 p.m. to 6 p.m. Wake services will be held at the Fisher River House of Prayer on Wednesday, February 5 and also on Thursday, February 6 at 7:00 p.m. both evenings. Funeral service will be held at the Fisher River Community Hall, Fisher River, MB on Friday, February 7, at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Lawrence Murdock and John McKay officiating. Interment will follow at Fisher River Community Cemetery. A luncheon will be held at the Fisher River Community Hall.
