Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryEDVIN ALEXANDER JOHNSON With sorrow we announce the passing of Ed on Wednesday, February 5, 2003 at Riverview Health Centre, Winnipeg, MB. Born in Winnipeg, October 1, 1945, Ed lived in Chatfield most of his youth. Predeceased by twin brother Raymond; brother Gary; sisters, Lena and Dorothy; parents, Blanche and Elof Johnson. Left to deeply mourn, his dear, caring Nadia who cared for Ed through his illness. The family knows he was well cared for and loved. Our sincere thanks to her. He will be sadly missed by Diane, Marg, Breanne (George), Jeff, Gord and Rosie. Left behind to feel the pain and loss, brother Norm (Donna), sister Grace (Victor), sister Marie (Ted), sister Darlene, aunts, uncles, many nieces, nephews and friends. Ed was a heavy equipment operator, also spent time in the building trade. Known to some as the Jack of all Trades. Helping fix odds and ends around peoples homes he then enjoyed playing cards and socializing. Ed had a great sense of humour. Playing Halloween tricks was a fun thing to give a good scare, this could take hours of his planning. Sincere thanks to the compassionate staff of Riverview Health Centre. No formal service will be held. Cremation has taken place. Private interment of ashes and graveside service at a later date. Eds final battle is over. KNYSH FUNERAL CHAPEL 582-0973
