Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryHELENE CHAMMARTIN (nee JULIEN) Peacefully at the Foyer Valade on Thursday February 6, 2003, Mrs. Helene Chammartin of Winnipeg, MB passed away at the age of 79 years. She leaves to mourn her passing six children, Norbert (Alice) of La Salle, Rene (Marie-Reine), Laurent (Odile), Liliane (Norbert) Philippot, Gerald (Annette), Donald (Linda) all of Winnipeg, 11 grandchildren, Denny, Lisa (Brett), Danielle (Cory), Nicole (Jonathan), Julie, Christine, Lucie, Michelle, David, Bryan, Benjamin; and two great-grandchildren, Renee and Dylan. She also leaves to mourn one sister Marie Tichit of Notre Dame de Lourdes. She was predeceased by her husband Paul in 1996; one son Lucien in 1953; three brothers, Baptiste, Privat, Emile; and by four sisters, Virginie, Louise, Augustine and Antoinette. Prayers will be held at Adams Funeral Home on Tuesday, February 11 at 11:00 a.m. Funeral mass will be celebrated in the Notre Dame Roman Catholic Church on Tuesday, February 11 at 2:00 p.m. preceded by Recitation of the Rosary at 1:30 p.m. Interment to follow in the Parish Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society, 10 - 120 Donald St., Winnipeg, MB R3C 4G2. The family would like to express a sincere thanks to the doctors and staff of the Foyer Valade for the excellent care given to mom during the past six years.
