Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMARY GWENDOLINE CHISHOLM Peacefully, on Thursday, January 30, 2003, Mary Gwendoline Chisholm passed away at Calvary Place Personal Care Home at the age of 97 years. She was the first baby girl born in Neepawa hospital on May 7, 1905 and she leaves us to join her family in heaven. Mary leaves to cherish her memory her only daughter Gwen Lagimodiere (Bob) and three grandchildren, Donald Lagimodiere (Eileen), Debbie Klyne (Richard), Douglas Lagimodiere (Shauna) four great-grandchildren, Bradley, David, Alexander and Aimee; as well as many friends. She was blessed with an artistic talent and delighted in drawing pictures of family pets and her love of flowers. She also took pleasure in attending church and reading from the Bible. Her life was embraced by her faith in God. She enjoyed baking, knitting and crocheted up until this past December. We all have many pieces of her work to enjoy and treasure for a lifetime. A private graveside service was held in Neepawa, MB on Tuesday, February 4. A memorial service will take place on Friday, February 14 at 10:30 a.m. in Calvary Place Personal Care Home, 1325 Erin St., Winnipeg. Our family would like to acknowledge and thank the main floor caregivers and residents at Calvary Place for their high standards of dedication and compassion in caring for Mary during her time there. In lieu of flowers, our family requests that donations be made in Marys memory to Calvary Place Personal Care Home, 1325 Erin St., Winnipeg, MB R3E 3R6.
