Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryWILLIAM EDWARD WILSON Peacefully on February 10, 2003, William Edward Wilson passed away at the age of 82. He leaves to mourn his passing his loving wife Margaret of 55 years; daughter Joy (Gary) McCort; son Ward (Carmen) and his grandchildren, Carley, Logan, Jennifer, Heather, and Andrew. He also leaves his sister Eleanor Maitland of Gananogue, ON and his sister-in-law Mabel Wilson of Regina, SK, along with his many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his father Edward, mother Esther, and brother Alex. Bill was born in Elmwood. He attended Glenelm and Lord Selkirk schools and St. Johns Tech. He was married in 1947 at Gordon King Memorial United Church where he served as an Elder and recently as a Trustee. Bill worked for the CPR for 43 years and retired in 1985. The family wishes to extend their heartfelt gratitude to his home care friends who brought him comfort and enjoyment. A memorial service will be held at Gordon King Memorial United Church, 127 Cobourg Ave. this Friday, February 14 at 2:00 p.m., with Rev. Troy VanGinkel officiating. CROPO FUNERAL CHAPEL 586-8044
