ELSIE DEARMAN 1925 - 2003 After a brief illness Elsie Dearman passed away on February 11, 2003 at Seven Oaks Hospital. She will be lovingly remembered by her sister Minnie Lang of Raymore, SK; brothers, Joe (Dorothy), Carl (Anna), and Don. She will also be missed by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family and friends of West St. Paul. Elsie grew up in West St. Paul and attended Eimsville School. She was employed as a seamstress at Shacters for many years. Since her retirement she enjoyed gardening and knitting. Elsie was a hardworking and very generous person, and will be missed by all who knew her. Funeral service will take place on Monday, February 17 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Glen Eden Funeral Home, 4477 Main St. Interment in Glen Eden Memorial Gardens. A gathering of family and friends will follow in the Glen Eden Reception Centre. In lieu of flowers, donations in Elsies memory may be made to Heart and Stroke Foundation of Manitoba, 200 - 6 Donald St., Winnipeg, MB R2M 2W7.
