SYDNEY CONSTANTINE Sydney Constantine passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his grieving family and devoted wife of 63 years, Kay. Also survived by his son Charles (Peg) Constantine, daughter Kathie Constantine (Michael Bono), grandchildren, Elizabeth and Anna Constantine, David and Katie Bono; sister Edith Hyslop of Winnipeg; brother Anthony (Rose) Constantini of Calgary; sister-in-law Margaret Constantini; nephews and nieces, Don (Fern) Lalingo, William (Mimi) Iafolla, Donna Iafolla (Pat MacDonald), Gerard (Ruth) Constantini; Laverna (Norman Dang) Constantini; other relatives and many friends. Syd was a certified cost accountant and the founder and owner of Malladvertising, Inc. For the past 20 years he had been affiliated with Gopher State Litho. He was active in printing and direct mall organizations in the Twin Cities. He was also an active support of the performing arts in the Twin Cities, a world traveller and contributor to numerous charitable organizations. His greatest avocation was his wife and family. Mass of Christian Burial 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 19 with visitation beginning at 4:00 p.m.at the Church of St. Olaf, 8th Street and 2nd Avenue South, Minneapolis. Private interment Lakewood Cemetery. His death leaves an unfillable hold in our lives, but we remain forever blessed by his love, wisdom, dignity, generosity and humour.
