THERESE (TERRY) AGAGNIER (nee SUTHERLAND) October 5, 1928 - February 15, 2003 On Saturday, February 15 2003, Therese passed away at home, at the age of 74 years. Terry was predeceased by her husband, Edouard in 1974; also by a son Robert, in 1954; sisters, Annette and Jeanine; brothers, Aime and Paul. She is survived by sisters, Rose, Bertha, and Georgette, and brother, Raymond and sister-in-law Adrienne; brothers, Joseph, and Ted. She is survived by son, Ron and beloved daughter-in-law, Kisanya both of Montreal, son, Maurice of Vancouver; grandchildren, Jayson, Tamara, Kevin, Amber, Rachel, Jennifer, and Melanie. Also great-grandchildren Christoffer and Tatianna, Kieran, Kaeden, Kelton, Lucas, Chelsea, and Nicholas. Also numerous nephews and nieces. It is difficult to capture a lifetime in a few sentences. Therese was born in St. Boniface and lived most of her life there. She was a devoted mother and cared deeply for her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Her good-natured temperament was noticed by all who met her. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered. She was employed for many years at Western Glove Works in Winnipeg. In her later years she enjoyed the companionship of the caring staff and other members at the St. Boniface Day Hospital and also the Tache Day Centre. Prayer services will be held on Friday, February 21, 2003, at 7:00 p.m. at the Desjardins Funeral Chapel, 357 rue DesMeurons in St. Boniface. The funeral mass will take place on Saturday, February 22, 2003, at 11:30 a.m., at the Holy Family Parish, 778 Archibald St., Fr. Ronald Leger, C.S.V. presiding.
