EVELYN CAMPBELL Peacefully with her family by her bedside Evelyn passed away on January 28, 2003 at the age of 84. She will be lovingly remembered by her sons, Mel (Lynn) and Lorne (Jennifer) grandchildren, Darren (Lisa), Jason (Dawn), Dean (Maggie) of Ontario, Kevin (Andrea), Jodi, Ryan and Riley of Winnipeg, seven great grandchildren; brother John of Calgary and sister Jessie. She was predeceased by her loving husband, Harold in 1988 and sisters May and Doris. She was employed by Standard Broom and Allans Auto Glass. She was a member of Thistle Seniors Curling and Lawn Bowling. Her greatest enjoyments were raising and pampering her family, her Sunday dinners, knitting for her grandchildren and keeping the cookie drawer amply supplied. She will be remembered for her positive attitude, graceful qualities and lovely smile. Missed the most will be her gentle touch, unconditional love and encouragement. The family extends to the staff at Vista Park Lodge special thanks for their compassionate care. A tea in her memory will be held on February 23, 2003 at 190 Winslow Drive (St. Vital) from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. HER STRENGTH LAID IN HER GENTLENESS
