Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryBESSIE GLOBERMAN It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of our beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, Bessie Globerman, on Sunday, February 23, 2003 at Seven Oaks General Hospital. Predeceased by her parents Nathan and Rachel Sideman and brothers Hymie and Morris, her memory will always be cherished by her beloved husband of 57 years, Morley; devoted children, Rochelle (Harvey) and Sheldon (Adelle) grandchildren, Naomi, Darryl (Jess), Jamie, Jason, Mark, Shawn, Neil and her great-grandchildren Jonah, Mya and Taylor. She will also be remembered by her brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins and her many friends. Born in Winnipeg, Bessie moved at an early age with her family to Langenburg, SK, where she resided until moving back to Winnipeg at the conclusion of her schooling. Bessie and Morley met while both were working at Kays Ltd. and subsequently married on May 19, 1946. A warm, kind, generous human being and a doting wife, mother, baba, and "baba-great", Bessie lived for her family and always shared with them the memories of life in Langenburg which were always close to her heart. Funeral services were held on Tuesday, February 25, at 1:30 p.m. at Etz Chayim Congregation, conducted by Rabbi Shawn Zell of Clark, New Jersey and Rabbi Henry Balser, followed by burial at Rosh Pina Memorial Park. Pallbearers were her grandsons Darryl Litman, Jamie and Jason Globerman, Shawn and Neil Fishman and her son-in-law Harvey Litman. Honorary pallbearer was Mark Fishman. A special thank you to Home Care Workers Pam, Karen, Linda and Holly for their compassion and friendship. Our appreciation to the paramedics and Fire Department for their valiant efforts. Donations can be made in her memory to a fund established at the Jewish Foundation of Manitoba, 477-7525. Sad are the hearts that love you Silent the tears that fall Living our lives without you Will be the hardest part of all
