LEAH ALLEN Leah Allen aged 97 years passed away peacefully at the Carman Memorial Hospital on Sunday February 23, 2003. She is survived by sons, George (Evelyn), Don (Grace), Lawrence (Joan) daughters, Theresa (George Crabtree), Ellen (Francis Poulsen) son Maurice (Dawn) grandchildren; great-grandchildren; one sister Essie Paton; sister-in-law Audrey Funke; and numerous relatives and friends. Leah was predeceased by her husband Edward in 1975. She was also predeceased by one brother Kelly and brother-in-law Earl Paton. Funeral mass will be held on Friday, February 28, at 2:00 p.m. at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church with Fr. Edward S. Kosa O.M.I. officiating. Interment will take place in the Carman Catholic Cemetery. Prayers will be held at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church on Thursday, February 27, at 7:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to a charity of ones choice.
