Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryJOLANTA IRMINA JENSEN On Sunday, February 23, 2003, we sadly lost our mother, wife, grandmother and friend, Jolanta Irmina Jensen who passed away at the Seven Oaks Hospital at the age of 59 years. We are happy to share that she passed away peacefully, with her three children, Robert, Sylvia and Irma by her side. Mom will be deeply missed by her husband Egon, her children, her friends and her pets. We will always remember her as the beautiful, strong and loving person she was. She always brought smiles to the ones around her. We wish to thank the staff at the Seven Oaks ICU for taking such good care of our mom. We also give thanks to all the people who prayed for her and gave us their support. "Your new home is in our hearts, Mommy." A memorial service will be held at the Charleswood United Church, 4820 Roblin Blvd. on Wednesday, February 26 at 1:00 p.m. Interment of Jolantas cremated remains will take place in Warsaw, Poland at a later date.
