DAN R. SHIELDS Suddenly, on Sunday, February 23, 2003, Dan passed away at the age of 57 years. Dan will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 38 years Judy; children, Kim (Guy) Ouellette, Kelly (Francene) Shields, and Krista (Garth) Fondrick; grandchildren, Max, Carmen, Calvin, Matthew, Chloe, Avery, David, Brandon, Shelby and Colton; sister Joy (Richard) Raine; and brother Jim Shields. He will also be missed by his mother-in-law Kay Knelson and many extended family and friends. Dans family was his life and he was theirs. He loved every minute he spent with his wife, children and grandchildren, whether it be going to a baseball game, playing in the pool, cuddling on the couch, or just talking on the phone. He will be greatly missed by anyone who had the privilege of knowing him. Memorial service will be held on Thursday, February 27, at 2:00 p.m. at Glen Eden Funeral Home, 4477 Main St. A gathering of family and friends will follow in the Glen Eden Reception Centre.
