Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryGEORGIANA FRIESEN(nee PLETT) After a long courageous battle with diabetes, on Sunday February 23, 2003, Georgiana Friesen, aged 69 years, beloved wife of Ted, of Morris, passed away at the Morris General Hospital. Besides her dear husband she leaves to mourn her passing her children and grandchildren, Gerald of Edmonton; Merv and Carol of Calgary, grandchildren, Nicole and Jennifer; Randy and Carmen of Edmonton, grandchildren, Tyler, Conor, and Dylan; Ken of Knoxville, TN, grandchildren, Darrell and Michelle; Julie and Kenton Penner of Morris, grandchildren, Tyson, Jana, and Stan; Lyndon of Sherwood Park, AB; Valerie of Winnipeg; Brad and Yvonne of Edmonton; Sher and Art Sawatzky of Niverville, grand-children, Megan and Ashley; Lori and Leonard Wiebe of Carman, and expectant treasure; Vern of Winnipeg; Gwen and Sean Cook of Komarno, grandson Cameron. Also surviving are Georgianas sisters and brothers, Olga and Pete Martens, Leona and Edward Friesen, Frank and Jeannie Plett, Virginia and Ed Reimer, Ben and Diane Plett, Stan and Lorraine Plett, Oliver and Genevieve Plett. She was predeceased by her parents, Abraham and Martha (Fuchs) Plett, and her brother Herman in infancy. The funeral service will be held at the Morris Fellowship Chapel on Wednesday February 26 at 2:00 p.m. Interment in the Rosenort Cemetery. Viewing at the church prior to the service.
