ALMA JAHRSDORFER Alma Jahrsdorfer (nee Lenz) peacefully passed away at Riverview Health Centre on Monday, February 24, 2003 after 86 long and joyous years. Almas daughters, Linda Harder and Mary Bruyer (husband Robert) son Karl (wife Louise) grandchildren, Sean (wife Denise), Beverly and Joel; and great-grandchildren, Nathan, Zachary, Caitlin and Emily; and her younger brother Herb Lenz, remain to bless her memory. She was predeceased by her loving husband Albin in 1976, sister Erna (Adams), brother Arthur and great-grandchild Jessica. Alma worked long and hard her whole life to nurture her family. Her faith sustained her through hard times and allowed her to pass her thoughtfulness and love for her fellow man on to her children. A memorial service, to allow all friends and relatives to celebrate Almas life, will be held at the Riverview Health Centre Chapel, 1 Morley Ave., on Friday, February 28 at 6:30 p.m. Our thanks to all of the staff, volunteers and residents of Riverview Health Centre who made Almas reclining years so happy and peaceful.
