Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryWINIFRED SHOEBRIDGE Passed away peacefully February 21, 2003, at Forest Hill in Kanata, ON, at the age of 94. She was predeceased by her husband Bert in 1960, daughter Patricia in 1976, and son-in-law Frank Haufek in 1999. Winifred was born June 20, 1908, in Cardiff, Wales, and immigrated to Canada in 1928. Winifred lived in Halifax for 14 years and then numerous Army postings with her husband. She lived 24 years in Winnipeg. Winifred was a loving mother and grandmother. She is survived by daughters, June Haufek of Kanata, Gail Pauls of Victoria; grandchildren, DArcy Haufek-Peeling (Ian), Dana Bourbonniere (Guy), Steven Pauls, Jennifer Greber (Tim), Bryan Pauls; eight great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren. She was loved by all and will be greatly missed. Cremation has taken place and interment will take place in London, ON. In lieu of flowers, donations to Heart and Stroke Foundation or Cancer Research would be appreciated.
