GLEN THEODORE BJORNDAHL June 17, 1915 - February 26, 2003 VE4 TJ In the loving company of family, Glen passed away peacefully at home February 26, 2003. Glen was predeceased by his parents, siblings and "sweetheart" Eleanor. They were happily married for 47 years. Cherishing his memory are stepson Brian Booth (Rhonda) daughter Dorothy Matischuk; grandchildren, Tom (Kim), Donna, Colleen, Mike and Chrissy; great-grandchildren, April, Joe and Kathleen. Grandpa Glen, a quiet honourable man with a wonderful sense of humour, will be greatly missed by relatives, friends and Tico his devoted pet who always sat at Grandpas feet. Grandpa Glen worked for RCA and then CBC for many years. He was a CBC Pioneer Club member. He enjoyed rock collecting, being a HAM radio operator and playing the organ. During celebrations, family would always enjoy listening to Grandpa play - especially "Yes Sir Thats My Baby." Visits from nephew Wayne (Marlene) Bjorndahl were special to Glen. As he wished, immediate cremation has taken place (Neil Bardal Inc.) and a private family gathering will be arranged. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
