LESLIE ANNE DALES (nee MORLEY) Peacefully, after a courageous battle with cancer, it is with deepest regret that we announce the death of Leslie on February 28, 2003 at the Grace General Hospital at the age of 52 years. She is survived by her beloved husband Donovan Glen; sons, Christopher and Scott; mother Anne; sister Charlene Dahlin and husband Paul and their family. Donovans parents, Gerald and Kathleen; sister Carol and husband Ken; brother Jeff and wife Sherri and their family; several aunts and uncles and cousins. Leslie was predeceased by her father John Augustus in 1979. Leslie was born and raised in East Kildonan, graduated from Miles Macdonell Collegiate and worked for Cooper Canada as a secretary. She met and married Donovan in 1978 and soon after took time off to look after their sons. For the last five years she worked for Extra Foods in the pharmacy department. She was a devoted daughter, wife, mother and sister. A memorial service will take place on Friday, May 9 at 1:00 p.m. in the Garry Memorial Funeral Home, 1291 McGillivray Blvd., with The Rev. Richard Condo officiating. Special thanks to the staff of the Palliative Care Unit, 4th floor, Grace Hospital.
