Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryDELIA GOOSELIN Delia Gosselin, aged 92, passed away Friday, February 28, 2003 after a lengthy battle with cancer. She was born in Saskatchewan on March 5, 1910. She was predeceased by her husband Joseph Gooselin (1983), son Lloyd Gosselin (1992), son Ernest Gosselin (2002) and only daughter Rose Harvey (1998). Delia is survived by her sons, Alex Gosselin and wife Hilda of British Columbia, John Gosselin and wife Shelly of Rainy River, ON, David Gosselin and wife Stella of Wasaga Beach, ON and Gordon Gosselin and girlfriend Mitzie of Winnipeg, MB. Delia had many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren, as well as many nieces and nephews. Nephew Clarence Lefort and wife Audrey, as well as granddaughters, Eileen Gardner and Pam Pitchenese were constantly by her side. Son Gordon and Mitzie also spent much time with her. Delia also has relatives in the United States. Delia will be missed terribly; she enjoyed her hobbies of crafts, knitting, sewing and bingo. Delia had many friends in her building that will miss her. The funeral service will be held 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, March 4 at Glen Lawn Funeral Home, 455 Lagimodiere Blvd. (south of the Royal Canadian Mint) with Brother Don Grenko officiating. There will be a small gathering after the service at 515 Elgin Ave., Winnipeg, MB at 1:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
