ALLISON MAY LITTLE (nee LYON) Peacefully on Thursday, February 27, 2003 at the Portage District General Hospital, Portage la Prairie, Allison May Little passed away at the age of 74 years. Predeceased by her husband Keith in August of 2002 and parents, D. Rufus and Ella Mae (nee Cuthbert) Lyon; Allison leaves to cherish her memory her son Neil (Donna) Little of Pincher Creek, AB; daughter Barbara (Charles) Savage with grandchildren, Michael and Karen, all of Calgary, AB and her son Glen Little of Surrey, BC; brother and sister-in-law, the Honourable Sterling and Barbara Lyon of Winnipeg and many nieces and nephews. In keeping with Allisons wishes, cremation has taken place. Memorial service will be held on Tuesday, March 4 at McKenzies Portage Funeral Chapel, 56 Royal Rd. S, Portage la Prairie, MB at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Ross Taylor officiating. As expressions of sympathy, if friends so wish, donations may be made in Allisons memory to Douglas Campbell Lodge Foundation, Ward C, in care of Portage District General Hospital Foundation, 150 9th St. SE, Portage la Prairie, MB R1N 3T6. A tree will be planted and cared for in memory of Allison by McKenzies Portage Funeral Chapel who are entrusted with the arrangements. (204) 857-4021.
