JEANNETTE MARGUERITE MARIE ROY (nee BOUCHARD) It is with deep sadness that the family announces the passing of Jeannette Marguerite Marie Roy on February 26, 2003 at the St. Boniface Hospital. She was born on June 24, 1931 and spent her early life in Fisher Branch, Mb. She later moved to Winnipeg where she resided until her passing. She was predeceased by her husband George; her parents, Joseph and Maria; sisters, Marie and Lucille; and brother Armand. She will be lovingly remembered by her sons, Armand (Roseann), David (Karen), Richard and Gerald (Patti) grandchildren, Shannon, Rochelle, Nicole, Janelle, Eric, Raelene, Marc and Paige; also her sisters, Irene, Theresa, Alice, Margaret and Eva; and brothers, Roland and Gerry. The family wishes to extend their gratitude to the kind and caring staff of the St. Boniface Hospital, especially for the support of the Medical Intensive Care Unit. Funeral mass will be celebrated on Monday, March 3 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Eugene Roman Catholic Church, 1007 St. Marys Rd., with Fr. Marcel Toupin presiding. Viewing will take place one-half hour prior to service. Interment will follow in Green Acres Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be Bob Semchyshyn, Rick Fontaine, Ken Busilla, Don Bouchard, Emile Meilleur and Paul Meilleur. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
