FRANK EDWARD DOWLING Frank Edward Dowling passed away on Tuesday, February 25, 2003 in Richmond, BC at the age of 83 years, after enjoying a full and happy life. He was born in Winnipeg, MB and attended Sir John Franklin School, St. Ignatius School, Robert H. Smith School, and St. Pauls High School. Predeceased by his parents, Edward and Grace Dowling. Survived by his loving family: wife Pat of 43 years; daughter Virginia (James) Lowood; two sons, James (Lianne) and Edward (Marianne). Frank loved to see the smiling faces of his five grandchildren, Shaun, Katrina, Brett, Sydney and Lucas. Special thanks to his loving brother Roy (Diane) for all their support and visits over the years, and special family friend Joe Doody. The family wishes to thank the staff of Minoru Residence for their loving care towards Frank. A prayer service to be held on Monday evening, 7:00 p.m. March 3 at St. Pauls Parish, 8251 St. Albans Rd., Richmond. Mass of Christian Burial to be held at St. Pauls Parish on Tuesday, March 4 at 10:00 a.m. Interment, Valley View Memorial Gardens, Surrey, BC.
