Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryWILLIAM (BILL) SKOMOROWSKI Peacefully at his residence on Saturday, March 1, 2003, aged 74 years, surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of Bella of 53 years. Dear father of Valerie Skomorowski of Quebec, Gloria (Bob) Adamson, Judy (Ray) Lamothe, Gladys (Claude) Charbonneau, Les (Rita) Skomorowski all of South Porcupine, ON, Audrey (Gordie) Crate and Marlene (Doug) Stoltz of Thompson, MB, Larry Skomorowski of Lynn Lake, MB. Cherished grandfather to 18 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Treasured brother of John of Seattle, Nick, Joe, Mary and Kay of Winnipeg and Anne of Saskatoon. He was predeceased by his parents, Lena (nee Chrucky) and Fred Skomorowski; brothers, Edward and Michael; and a sister Rose. Bill was born in Winnipeg and was a miner working in numerous mines across Canada for 44 years from the Yukon to New Brunswick. He was a strong and proud man who in Gods Kingdom will be whole again to watch over all of us. Love you daddy. Remembrance donations in his memory will be graciously received through the funeral home to the South Porcupine Food Bank or the Timmins and District Hospital. A private funeral service will be held for family members only. Interment will take place in Whitney Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to the Stinson Funeral Home, 100 Bruce Ave., South Porcupine.
