LUCY PATRICK LEE Lucy Patrick Lee passed away peacefully at the Lake of the Woods District Hospital on Tuesday, March 4, 2003. Born in Winnipeg, MB on August 13, 1914, she graduated from the Winnipeg General Hospital, nursing class of 1936. Through Lucys nursing skills and Christian values she served her family, friends and her community. Her life was characterized by love, joy and compassion always for others. She was predeceased by her lifelong soulmate and husband of 62 years, Bill. She will be always loved and remembered by her children, Michael Patrick (Brenda) of Cooper Creek, BC, Peter William John (Debbie) of Nelson, BC, Patricia Elizabeth Lee (Donald) of Sooke, BC, Mary Anne King (Gordon) of Ottawa, ON and Janet Lilian Hutchinson (Jim) of Keewatin, ON; grandchildren, Heather Brooks (Kevin), Jonathan Lee, Tawnee Matheson (Chad), Robbie McKenzie, Danica Lee, Susan and William Cant, Laura and Timothy King, Jennifer Fines (Glenn) and Jillian Hutchinson; great-grandchildren, Hailey Matheson and Erin Brooks. Funeral services will be held for the late Lucy Patrick Lee on Saturday, March 8 at 2:00 p.m. at St. James Anglican Church, 195 Collegiate St., Winnipeg, with Rev. David J. Pate officiating. Cremation to follow, with interment at a later date. The family wish to thank the loving nurses of Unit 2 at Pinecrest District Home for the Aged and 3 East of the Lake of the Woods District Hospital and Dr. W. Loewen.
