Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryANNA MARGARET DEW A gentle soul left this earth to be with her precious daughter and grandson. Anna Margaret Dew passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 6, 2003 at 9:00 p.m., at the Rosewood Lodge in Stonewall, MB. One of 12 children, she was born Anna Margaret Sharien in Carman on April 30, 1920. She met the love of her life Alan (Bud) Dew in Warren, MB in 1940. Her life centred around Alan, their three children in Woodlands MB, and their three grandsons. Anna was a kind, generous and gregarious wife, mother, and grandmother. Living on the farm, throughout most of her life, she enjoyed drawing, writing poetry, curling, cooking, gardening, and volunteering her time. In the Woodlands community, she volunteered for numerous years at the Ladies Auxiliary of the Canadian Legion, serving in different capacities including the president position. Anna was predeceased by many brothers and sisters, her precious daughter Marlene Roebuck on February 11, 1991, and grandson, Shawn Roebuck on April 8, 1993. Left to mourn Anna are Alan (Bud) Dew, her sons, Alan and Larry Dew, son-in-law Tom Roebuck, two grandsons, Darryl and Ian Roebuck, brother Albert (Helen) Sharien, sisters, Doris, Violet, Florence, Louise, Lil, numerous other relatives and special friends. "I love you dear" were her parting words to those close to her heart.
