HECTOR MORRISON McLEOD May 24, 1937 - March 7, 2003 Hector is the second son of the late Charlie and Ethel McLeod (legendary trapper of the North, Cross Lake). Deeply regretted by his beloved wife Muriel; and children, Verla, Janite, Larcy, Dale and Jeany, Conrad, Leon, Roger and Sylvia, Hector, Michael, Arlene and Arnold Ross and family, Delores and Irvin Spence and family; together with his beloved brothers and sisters, Edith, Charlie and Kathy and family, Agnes Nabess and family, Winston and Martha and family, Alan and Emily and family, Gordon and Victoria and family, Margaret Rose Sweeny, wife of late Robert (Bob) Sweeny, and family; together with all of the Beck and Smith families; and 149 nephews, nieces and grandchildren. Hectors last words to his beloved wife Muriel, "Im leaving soon, thank you for looking after me, you did a wonderful job.". The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for the family and their intentions, and for the repose of the soul of Hector by the Franciscan Fathers of Edmonton Street Priory, Winnipeg for the rest of the month of March. Funeral service, Monday, March 10, after 2:00 p.m., Cross Lake, MB. Our Lady of Guadalupe (Empress of the Americas) pray for us who have recourse to thee.
