JAMES BROWN Peacefully on Monday, March 10, 2003, James Brown passed away at Victoria Hospital at the age of 89 years. Predeceased by his wife Ethel; brothers, Albert and Raymond; sisters, Edna and Evelyn. He will be lovingly remembered by his son Bill (Lillian) two granddaughters, Michelle (Mathew) with Emily and Kaitlyn, Heather (Randy) with Joyce and Chloe; sister Ruby. James will also be missed by numerous extended family and friends. James started his career as a blacksmith in Rapid City. He owned and operated the IHC Farm Equipment dealership in Rapid City and Minnedosa until his retirement. When he moved to Winnipeg he enjoyed volunteering with the CNIB, bowling, and spending time with his family. James had a great sense of humour, he was a gentle and caring soul who will be dearly missed. Memorial service will take place on Saturday, April 12 at 10:00 a.m. in the chapel of Glen Eden Funeral Home, 4477 Main St. Interment in Glen Eden Memorial Gardens. A gathering of family and friends will follow in the Glen Eden Reception Centre. In lieu of flowers donations in James memory may be made to the Salvation Army Memorial Fund, P.O.
