WAYNE ALEXANDER DRAGAN It is with heavy hearts, the family announces the sudden passing of Wayne Dragan, after a long and courageous battle with a rare lung disease, on Tuesday, March 11, 2003 at home. He will be deeply missed and always remembered by his parents, Jerry and Lynn; his brother Rob (Dawn) his aunts, Nellie (Walter) Hrynkiw, Stella Dragan and Gloria (Bob) Poliquin; niece Courtney Dragan; nephew Ryan Dragan and special friends, Mark and Kim Hrynkiw. Wayne was born April 30, 1968 in Winnipeg and attended Salisbury Elementary, Morse Place Junior High and Kildonan East Schools. He started out his working career at Goodyear and later went to work for Westeel. He spent most of his summer weekends playing baseball and camping and in the winter he enjoyed hockey and spongee. Wayne also enjoyed traveling and spending time with his family and friends. He had a very positive attitude in spite of his illness and was looking forward to driving his Mustang convertible this coming Spring. The family would like to thank Dr. Bshouty, Dr. Kepron, Fran Martens-Dupont, Anne Szabo and the nurses on MS 3 at Health Sciences Centre for all the extra care and support provided to Wayne during his illness. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 15 at 10:00 a.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. Interment will follow in All Saints Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Waynes memory to the Health Sciences Foundation, MS7 - 820 Sherbrook St., Winnipeg, MB R3A 1R9. Thanks for the memories, Wayne CROPO FUNERAL CHAPEL 586-8044
