Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryCorrection in Place of Service THERESA DEMJANEW It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of our dear daughter, sister, aunt and friend Theresa Demjanew, on March 10, 2003, after a courageous battle with Leukemia, at the Health Sciences Centre. She will be missed and lovingly remembered by her parents Sophie and Mike Demjanew; sister Marilyn Jessop and husband Earl; niece Samantha; and numerous close friends. Theresa was born January 7, 1963, in Bissett, MB. She lived in Winnipeg and graduated from Kildonan East Secondary School. Theresa received a B.A. degree from the University of Winnipeg and a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Manitoba. She was in teaching at St. Johns High in her certification year when she was struck with Leukemia. Prior to this she was a receptionist, nursing clerk and administrative assistant at Central Park Lodge for 13 years. Parastas funeral service will be held on Monday, March 17 at 10:00 a.m. at Holy Eucharist Ukrainian Catholic Church, corner of Watt Street and Munroe Avenue, Rev. Fr. D. Kawiuk officiating. As per Theresas wishes, cremation has taken place. We, the family, would like to express our heartfelt thanks to the doctors and staff of the Health Sciences Centre and to all our close friends for all their help and support.
