FLORENCE "DOUGIE" DOUGLAS (WALSH) On March 13, 2003, Florence "Dougie" Douglas (Walsh) passed away at the age of 94 years. Florence was born on October 18, 1908 at Schaghticoke, NY. Mom was predeceased by her husband William; son Donald; sisters, Gertrude and Gladys; brother James; and nephews, Gerry and Dub. She will be lovingly remembered by sons, James and William (Laurie) grandchildren, Janis, Darcy, Gayle, Jeff, Maureen and Patrick; 12 great-grandchildren, two great-great-grand-children, and nephew Walter. The family would like to thank the staff at Riverview for their quality of care. Cremation has taken place at Moms request. A memorial service is being held at Riverview Health Centre Chapel on March 17 at 1:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Florences name to the Riverview Health Centre. Voyage Funeral Homes in charge of arrangements.
