RICHARD TOEWS May 2, 1926 - March 15, 2003 On March 15, 2003 with his loving family by his side, Richard Toews passed away at Concordia Hospital. He leaves to mourn his loving and devoted wife Lillian; his daughters, Debbie (Bill), Tammy (Dean), Larry (Gail), Richard, Valerie, Lorraine; his loving sisters, Evelyn (Ben), Grace (Larry) brothers, Lorne (Elsie), Earl (Sonja), Art (Dora), Ken (Connie) and many special grandchildren, nieces, family and friends who had a special place in his heart. Prayers will be held on Tuesday, March 18 at 7:00 p.m. The funeral will be held on Wednesday, March 19 at 11:00 a.m. at Transcona Funeral Home, located on Day St. One strong heart no longer beats, An angel closed his eyes and he went to sleep Two working hands are laid to rest When God took you, He took the best. We thank God for sending us his angel to love, But He needed you back in Heaven above. We will always love you and in our hearts youll stay, Until we meet again someday.
