Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemorySTEWART JOHN GORDON ASELTINE It is with deepest sadness that Norah Aseltine announces the passing of her beloved husband and buddy on March 14, 2003. Gramps will also be sadly missed by his daughter Linda (Gerd), grandsons, Michael (Crystal), Thomas and great-granddaughter Kaitlyn; son Richard (Tina), grandchildren, Ashley and Keith. He will also be missed by Annie, May and Danny, as well as many nieces and nephews. Stewart was born and raised in Winnipeg. Served overseas in the Second World War as a member of the 1st Motor Ambulance Convoy. Received honours in the duties and was mentioned in dispatches. Bud worked in the bottling industry for Crown Cork for many years. After semi-retirement he joined the staff at the Manitoba Museum and Concert Hall. He enjoyed travelling and the many good times at the Belair Cottage. The family would like to thank the staff at Bethania Mennonite Personal Care Home for their exceptional care. A service of remembrance will take place on Friday, March 21 at 2:00 p.m. in the Klassen Funeral Chapel, 1897 Henderson Hwy.
