Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryADOLPH JOHN AL KLASSEN Adolph Al Klassen died at the St. Boniface General Hospital on Tuesday, March 18, 2003. He is survived by his wife Cathy of London, ON; mother Annie Klassen of Vineland, ON; sons, David, Randy and wife Cathy; daughter Patricia Cunnington, all of Winnipeg; grandchildren, Darren, Cari, Chris, Jon, Andrew, Brittany, and Haley; and great-granddaughter Taylor. Also left to mourn his passing are brothers, Walter and wife Dean of Winnipeg; John of St. Catherines, ON; sister Sara and husband Victor Pasichnyk of Calgary; sister-in-law Sharon Klassen of Grimsby, ON; and dear companion Fern. Al was predeceased by his father Frank; son Ronald; and brother Menno. Adolph was born September 7, 1935 in Steinbach. The family moved to Ontario where he received his education. The past three years were spent in Winnipeg where he was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion Elmwood Branch No. 9. Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Als life will be held at Glen Eden Funeral Home, 4477 Main St., West St. Paul, on Saturday, March 22 at 11:00 a.m. If friends so desire, donations in Als memory may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association or the Manitoba Heart and Stroke Foundation. The funeral arrangements are in the care of Wiebe Funeral Home Altona, Morris Funeral Home, and Wiebe Funeral Chapel Morden.
