Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryANASTAZIA RYZ Peacefully, on March 18, 2003, Anastazia passed away at the age of 95, at the Seven Oaks Hospital. She was predeceased by her husband Jozef in 1989; two brothers and two sisters. Anastazia leaves to mourn, two sisters, Emila and Stefania and their families in Poland. She will also be fondly remembered by nephews, Michal Markiewicz and Zbyszek Markiewicz and families in Winnipeg and Toronto. Anastazia was born on July 27, 1907 in Kosow, Poland. She was the oldest of seven, immigrated to Canada in 1927 and was an active member in Polish Sokol No. 1 and the Polish National Catholic Church. Prayers will be held on Thursday, March 20 at 7:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. with Funeral Mass to be celebrated on Friday, March 21 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Marys Polish National Catholic Church, 361 Burrows Ave. with Very Rev.
