Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryFRANCES TERLINSKI (SPAKOWSKI) On March 19, 2003, after a long struggle with Alzheimers Disease, Frances passed away peacefully at The Maples Personal Care Home at the age of 76. She will be sadly missed by her husband of 57 years, Emil; her children, Leonard (Karen) and Donna (Rob) Stirling; her grandchildren, Vicki Terlinski, Lisa and Shawn Mooney and Matthew Terlinski. She also leaves to mourn her sister Anne Zubyk. She was predeceased by her parents, Anton and Mary Spakowski; her brother Albert and her sisters, Pauline and Elizabeth. Frances was born in Malonton, MB on December 14, 1926 and moved to Winnipeg at age 14. She worked for many years as a seamstress. In 1945 she married Emil and they raised their family and resided in the north part of Winnipeg. Frances and Emil enjoyed traveling together until she was unable to do so. She especially enjoyed the trips to B.C. to visit family and friends. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, March 22, at 2:00 p.m. at St. Thomas Anglican Church, 1567 William Ave. (east of Keewatin St.).
