VITTORIA MANFREDI (nee Manfredi) November 28, 1914- February 21, 2003 Our grandmother Vittoria passed on to Eternal life on February 21, 2003 at the age of 88 years at the Essi di S. Francesco di Paola Care Centre in Maida, Italy. Vittoria was born November 28, 1914 in S. Mango DAquino, Catanzaro, Italy. She was predeceased by her husband Tommaso in 1975, brothers, Nicola, Angelino and Aurelio, and one sister Francesca. She is survived by daughter Maria (Pietro) Cicco of Winnipeg, son Saverio (Rosina) Manfredi of Montreal, grandchildren, Vittoria Trotta, Marisa (Michael) Sacco, Frank (Ivy) Cicco, Vittoria Manfredi and Tommaso Manfredi, great-grandchildren, AnnaMaria Trotta, Mario Paolo Sacco, Adriano Pietro Sacco and Christopher Pietro Cicco. She is also survived by one sister, Ninna in Italy, as well as many nieces and nephews in Italy, Canada and the United States. A funeral service was held in S. Mango, DAquino, Catanzaro, Italy, on Sunday, February 23, 2003 at 3:00 p.m. Her devotion to her family was immeasurable. She as a warm, caring person. She enhanced our lives with love, kindness, empathy, generosity and humour We will always have you in our hearts Nonna Vittoria, we love you always and we will always remember your words of good consul, they will remain with us forever. We will always have your spirit with us throughout our lives. A memorial mass will be celebrated on Saturday, March 22, 2003 at 10:00 a.m. at Holy Rosary Parish, 510 River Avenue. Lamore che ci hai dato non e morto con te: vive nel nostro cuore, nella nostra coscienza, nel nostro ricordo. Le fede tiene uniti quelli che la morte separa.
