ALLAN JAMES JOHNSTON Peacefully on March 19, 2003, Allan Johnston, aged 64 passed away with family and friends by his side. Allan was predeceased by his father William. He leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife Tressie; son Herbert (Janice) Colleen (Brent) and grandchildren, Amanda, Tyler, Breena, Shayla and Tanner. Also brother Wayne (Anna) and sisters Shirley, Sharon and Edith as well as mother Margaret. Dad especially enjoyed farming and feeding the birds. Along with yard work and gardening, he also enjoyed hauling scrap from his brother Waynes Body Shop. He loved spending special times with his grandchildren, he was always there to lend a helping hand. Dad will always be in our hearts and thoughts forever. We Love You. A special thank you to all the staff on G.H.4, for the unbelievable care and compassion. In lieu of flowers donations in Allans name may be made to the Liver Foundation. Funeral service will be held Saturday, March 22, in the Chapel of Voyage Funeral Home at 1:00 p.m. A viewing will be held half an hour prior to the service with a private family interment to follow.
